Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common issues.
- 1Emails not arriving — check your Email Setup, and consider an SMTP plugin for reliable delivery.
- 2Chat not updating instantly — enter your Pusher keys under Settings → General.
- 3A page looks wrong — go to Settings → Assigned Pages and confirm the right page is assigned.
- 4After an update something looks off — clear any caching plugin/CDN so new files load.
Tip: If a message shows an error code (like CP-QUOTE-004), include it when you contact support.
